13.56MHz Anti-metal NFC Sticker — Ferrite-Backed FPC Tag for Metal Surfaces
Our 13.56MHz Anti-metal NFC Sticker is a laminated ISO/IEC 14443A tag engineered to remain readable when adhered directly to steel, aluminium, copper, cast iron, or titanium substrates — where a conventional NFC sticker reads 0 cm. Construction combines an FPC (polyimide) antenna, an NTAG213 / NTAG215 / NTAG216 / MIFARE Classic 1K / ICODE SLIX2 / DESFire EV2 chip (NDEF-encoded to your CSV at our factory), and a 0.4-0.8 mm sintered NiZn ferrite absorber (μr ≈ 130) that redirects magnetic flux away from underlying metal. Bench-verified 2.0-4.3 cm read range on real industrial substrates using a Google Pixel 8. Operating range -40 °C to +125 °C continuous.
