What exactly is RFID

RFID

Radio frequency identification (RFID), a non-contact automatic identification technology. It mainly consists of tag, reader, antenna, processing terminal hardware and software.

  1. Inductive coupling. The transformer model, coupled by a space high frequency alternating magnetic field, is based on the law of electromagnetic induction.

The inductively coupled approach is generally suitable for short range RFID systems with medium and low frequency operation. Typical operating frequencies are 125kHz and 13.56MHz.

  1. Electromagnetic backscattering coupling: Radar principle model: electromagnetic waves emitted will reflect when they meet the target and carry back target information, based on the spatial propagation law of electromagnetic waves.

Electromagnetic backscattering coupling is generally suitable for UHF and microwave remote radio frequency identification system. Typical operating frequencies are: 915MHz, 2.4GHz

  1. Electronic label production process:

Order – Document – print -inlay – Composite – die – cut

Quality Control – Special Process – Packaging – Shipping

  1. Smart card production process:

Ordering – Document making – printing – medium material making – Platemaking – synthesis – punching -Quality Control – Special Process – Packaging – Shipping
